Returns: Our return policy allows for a 14-day window for product returns. To initiate a refund, kindly provide a receipt or proof of purchase, specifically in the form of an order number from the One Tap Only website—tracking or shipment numbers from couriers will not be accepted.


      • If your One Tap product arrives scratched or damaged, a replacement may be provided. Photo proof of damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

    If issues persist after activation, contact us at within 14 days of receiving the product. Return the One Tap product to our office in Ottawa, Canada, with the client covering return shipping costs. Once approved, a refund will be processed within 2-4 days after proof of shipping is provided.
