Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in new condition

The return request must include a valid order number from the One Tap Only website

Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted
Returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time is:

United States & Canada: 2–4 business days after approval

Australia & United Kingdom: up to 14 business days

If the product arrives damaged or scratched:

You must email photo proof to contact@onetaponly.com within 48 hours of delivery

A replacement will be issued if approved

For Australia & UK orders, a fixed return cost of USD 9.99 applies

Return labels are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Warranty
We offer a 45-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

The product must be returned to our office for inspection

Once approved, a replacement will be issued
